Unless we are expecting an item, we do not backorder. You will need to reorder any item not in stock.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify us of a problem. You will then be given instructions on returning an item. Special order items are not eligible for return or refund.
